Pogona Baking Company would love to make a custom dessert for a birthday, party, holiday, wedding, or just because.
For regular custom orders, we require 48 hours notice, though we recommend you let us know earlier - especially for weekends and holidays - to make sure we don't fill up. For larger orders such as weddings or other big events, please give us at least 30 days' notice so that we can properly plan and prepare for your day. Payment for regular custom orders is required no later than 24 hours before the order and payment for weddings and large events is due 7 days before the event. Keep in mind that order deadlines might be different for our special holiday menus.
Currently, we offer both pickup and delivery for custom orders in the Winter Park and Orlando area. Delivery charges are based on your location, however they tend to range from free to $5. Pickup is in Winter Park from 2-6pm.

All flavors listed are our year-round flavors. We have a rotating menu of seasonal flavors available as well. We post this list on social media and send it to our email list. You can also ask us for a list of current seasonal flavors.
Layer Cakes and Cupakes
All of our layer cakes and cupcakes are available in the following flavors and sizes. If you don't see something that is perfect for you, send us an email and we will create a dessert just for you. Mini cupcakes do not have a filling. We can do tiered cakes. We do not make gluten free cakes.
Mega Chocolate - Chocolate cake filled with rich chocolate ganache and topped with chocolate buttercream and more ganache.
Classic Vanilla - Vanilla cake and fluffy vanilla buttercream.
Birthday Cake - Vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream with sprinkles mixed into the cake!
Cookie Monster - Chocolate cake with sandwich cookies and chocolate chip cookie dough baked in, covered with cookies and cream buttercream and chocolate chip cookies
Brown Sugar Banana - Banana cake and filling topped with rich and fluffy brown sugar buttercream
Lemon Curd - Lemon cake filled with our handmade lemon curd and topped with vanilla buttercream
Marble - Marble (vanilla and chocolate) cake with chocolate buttercream inside and vanilla buttercream outside
Almond - Almond cake with almond buttercream and slivered almonds
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough - Chocolate chip cake with cookie dough filling and vanilla buttercream
Ginger Spice - Rich, spicy cake topped with brown sugar buttercream
Pina Colada - Rum cake with pineapple filling and coconut buttercream

Orders for weddings and other large events must be finalized 30 days prior to the event, however we recommend getting in touch much sooner, so that we can reserve your date and schedule a tasting and consultation.
Pricing for a wedding cake is based on the per tier cost of each cake (see above for our layer cake prices), plus decor and delivery fees. We will break this all down for you at the consultation so you can see where each of the numbers are coming from.
